Welcome to The AI Klatch™ Learning Community! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in our Platform at https://myaiklatch.com (“Site”, "Community" or “Platform”), operated by Ishtot, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms incorporate by reference the following policies and agreements: 

By creating an account, logging in, accessing any content, or participating in the Community, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Access & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join this platform.

When you register, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Do not share your login credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms or Community guidelines.

 

2. Use of Content

As a member of the Community, you may access:

  • Course content (included in membership)
  • Prompts, worksheets, recordings, and downloads
  • Challenges, chat feeds, replays, and community events

You may:

  • Use the content for your personal or professional development
  • Reference materials in your portfolio or learning journal (with credit)

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or sell any materials
  • Share login access or post downloads externally
  • Republish our materials in other programs, courses, or AI tools
  • Use any part of the Platform for unethical or discriminatory behavior

Our content is protected by U.S. and international copyright and intellectual property law. “The AI Klatch™” is a registered trademark.

 

3. AIQ Certifications & Badges

By completing the required lessons, worksheets, or quizzes, you may earn AIQ Level certifications.

AIQ badges:

  • Are non-transferable
  • Reflect your own learning progress
  • May be showcased on social or professional profiles
  • Cannot be misrepresented as academic degrees or formal licensing

4. Community Conduct

This is a professional, inclusive Community. You agree to:

  • Treat others with respect and curiosity
  • Avoid harassment, hate speech, or misuse of AI content
  • Stay on topic and use the Community resources as intended (e.g., no spam; self-promotion; or selling of products or services)
  • Use AI responsibly — do not use this Platform to generate or spread harmful, biased, or unethical content

Violation of these standards may result in a warning, suspension, or removal from the Community at our sole discretion.

5. Pricing & Refunds

  • Membership is paid on a monthly or annual basis and renews monthly or annually unless canceled
  • Certain areas and activities of the Community are included with your membership; other content and activities may be  available for an additional fee
  • Optional group coaching or cohort programs may have separate pricing

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new members. After that period, all sales are final.

 

6. Disclaimers

  • This Platform is educational. We don’t guarantee specific results.
  • AI performance varies based on tool, context, and usage
  • You are responsible for verifying AI outputs before using them in your work
  • We do not provide legal, financial, or medical advice
  • Maintain copies of your work outside of the Community as we cannot guarantee continued access to it 

 

7. Intellectual Property & License

All Community materials remain the property of Ishtot, Inc.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our content during your membership. You do not gain ownership or the right to sublicense, distribute, or modify our materials beyond your personal learning.

 

8. Data Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected, used, and protected.

We use secure systems (e.g., Kajabi, Stripe) and do not store payment details.

 

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, especially violations of these Terms or Community standards. In the event of termination due to breach, you are not entitled to a refund.

 

10. Legal Stuff

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States
  • Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Guilford County, North Carolina
  • If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect
