Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of The AI Klatch™ Learning Community at https://myaiklatch.com ("Site", "Community", or “Platform”). By accessing any part of the Platform, including courses, prompts, challenges, downloads, or Community feeds, you agree to abide by these rules.

Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and empowering environment where members can explore, learn, and grow with AI.

 

Be Respectful, Always

You agree not to:

• Harass, intimidate, or discriminate against others based on identity, background, or beliefs
  
• Post offensive, inflammatory, or inappropriate content in chats, forums, or submissions
  
• Engage in trolling, spamming, or self-promotion outside of designated spaces
  
• Disrupt live sessions, comment threads, or challenges with off-topic or harmful behavior
  
  

We are committed to creating an inclusive space. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Community.

 

Use AI Responsibly

This Platform helps you explore AI tools — but how you use them matters. You agree not to use the Platform (or its prompts/tools) to:

• Generate or share content that is false, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful
  
• Create AI output that violates someone else’s rights (privacy, intellectual property, etc.)
  
• Develop or disseminate hate speech, misinformation, or violent materials
  
• Attempt to deceive others using AI-generated content (“deepfakes,” impersonations, etc.)
  
  

The AI Klatch does not support weaponized, exploitative, or unethical use of AI.

 

Respect Content & Confidentiality

You may not:

• Share login credentials, downloadable materials, or course exercises outside the platform
  
• Resell or republish any part of our content without written permission
  
• Extract or scrape Platform content, including prompts, discussions, or course videos
  
• Upload content that contains proprietary data from your employer or clients without proper clearance
  
  

Note: You are responsible for ensuring your submitted content complies with any NDA or confidentiality rules from your workplace.

 

Keep It Legal

You must not use this Platform to break the law, including but not limited to:

• Violating copyright or trademark laws
  
• Circumventing any payment or access controls
  
• Attempting to reverse engineer or hack into the Platform
  
• Uploading malware or attempting to compromise others’ accounts
  
  

Enforcement

We take violations seriously. Depending on the nature of the breach, we may:

• Issue a warning
  
• Temporarily suspend account access
  
• Revoke membership without refund
  
• Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities
  
  

Moderation decisions are final and made to protect the integrity and safety of the Community.
