Content License Agreement

Effective Date: June 16, 2025

This Content License Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all content available on or submitted to The AI Klatch™ Learning Community (https://myaiklatch.com) ("Site", "Community", or “Platform”). It is part of our Terms of Use and helps protect both the content creators (us) and contributors (you).

 

1. What “Content” Means

This agreement covers:

a. Our Content

• Courses, videos, replays, worksheets, prompts, templates, visual assets, and downloadable materials created by The AI Klatch
  
• Web-based materials available inside the member dashboard of the Community or sent via email
  
  

b. Your Content

• Prompts, responses, assignments, worksheets, uploads, submissions, and comments you contribute to courses, challenges, forums, coaching sessions, or other activity in the Community
  
  

2. Your License to Use Our Content

As an active member of the Community, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for personal learning and professional skill development only.

You may:

• Use materials in your workflow or AI practice
  
• Save prompt templates or replays for private reference
  
• Showcase AIQ certifications and badges in your resume or online profiles
  

You may not:

• Redistribute, publish, or resell our content (even if modified)
  
• Upload our worksheets, templates, or replays to external platforms
  
• Use our content to create your own course or commercial AI tool
  

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

 

3. Your Content & Submissions

When you post or upload content to The AI Klatch Learning Community (e.g., prompt results, worksheet answers, discussion comments), you retain ownership of your original work but grant us a license to use it within the Platform.

You grant Ishtot, Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

• Display your submissions inside the Platform
  
• Use excerpts (with attribution) to inspire or assist other people
  
• Aggregate anonymized insights to improve training content
  

We will not use your submitted content for sales, advertising, or outside commercial purposes without your explicit permission.

 

4. Respecting Others' Work

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or claim authorship of another member’s shared content
  
• Publish or distribute any content shared in confidence or within a private feed
  
• Use prompt results or user-submitted materials without attribution or permission
  

This includes, but not limited to, content in the Community, such as:

• Courses
• Challenges
  
• Discussions
• Prompt labs
  
• Coaching sessions
  
• Office hours
  
• Worksheets or group projects
  
  

5. Termination of License

Your license to access our Community content ends when:

• Your membership expires or is canceled
  
• You breach our Terms of Use or Acceptable Use Policy
  
• You request removal of your account and data
  

We reserve the right to remove access to any Community content or submission at our discretion.
